Telford thief who stole clothes worth £1,350 from Zara is fined £450
A Telford thief who stole more than £1,300 of clothing from a shop in Manchester has been fined £450.
Nicusor Caraiman, aged 35, stole the items from a Zara store in the North West city on January 21 this year.
