Telford driver who failed to give sample to police is temporarily banned from the road
A driver who has admitted failing to provide a sample to police has been temporarily banned from driving.
Rhiannon Busby, aged 38, failed to provide a specimen to officers in Telford on March 8 this year.
Busby, of Elmwood Road, Arleston, Telford, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
Magistrates deferred her sentencing to May 1 at Telford Magistrates Court. She was granted unconditional bail and banned from driving in the interim.
