Parts of Ludlow College are currently undergoing major refurbishment work in an attempt to enhance and improve the college's facilities.
Work is being carried out on a new media suite, refurbished sports facilities, a new travel agency and a teaching kitchen.
Robin Chowdhuri, marketing and communications officer for Ludlow College, said the college was still in the process of carrying out work, which will be completed by the end of the year.
He said: "We have just finished creating a new media suite which will enable our media students to study in the best possible environment.
"We have also refurbished the college's sports facilities, which includes a new fitness room, which can be accessed by all our students. The old gym equipment was outdated but we have brought it all up to date and hope it will encourage the students to use it a bit more."
Mr Chowdhuri said the college was also hoping to set up its own travel agency for students. He said: "We are hoping to work in partnership with a travel agency so we can get set up our own agency from the college.
"This will enable our travel students to discover what it would be like to work hands on in a travel agency."
He said work on a teaching kitchen was due to start this summer.
