Decision on Shropshire primary school due
The future of a closure-threatened primary school is expected to be settled this month.

Shropshire Council's cabinet will meet at Shirehall on October 28 to decide whether to proceed with controversial plans to close Buildwas Primary School near Ironbridge.
Campaigners looking to save the school have been granted a potential saviour with an academy sponsor reportedly submitting an application to the department for education.
The council has outlined two options for the school – one to close, or for it to be sponsored by a successful existing academy.
