The pupils at St Mary's Church of England Primary in Mucklestone, near Market Drayton, returned to school ahead of the Easter break and marked the occasion with some socially-distanced fun.

Jane Sellman from the school said: "Children made Easter hats for a parade, had an Easter Egg hunt following a visit from the Easter Bunny and held a competition to name a newborn lamb.

"The Morrisons branch in Market Drayton donated 60 Easter eggs, one for each of our children, as well as some reading books for our older children. We are very grateful for their support and created some artwork for their store windows to say thank you."
