Body found in river at Shrewsbury
The body of a man has been found in the river in Shrewsbury.

The discovery was made by a member of the public who called police at 12.20pm this afternoon.
Police have not given any indication to the age or identity of the man.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue were also called.
Officers are still on scene and an area of Shrewsbury towpath has been closed off.
