Emergency services were called to deal with the crash outside Minor Lodge in Grinshill, near Wem, at about 10.30pm yesterday.
The driver, a woman in her 30s, was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
Jamie Arrowsmith, a spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "There was one patient, a woman in her 30s, who was suffering from a reduced level of consciousness.
"She appeared to have avoided suffering any significant injuries in the collision and was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital.
"We had one ambulance and a paramedic area support officer in attendance."
Police say the crash involved a blue Renault Megane and that no other vehicles were involved.
