Pictures: Women hurt as car on its side in two-vehicle Telford crash
[gallery] Two women suffered minor injuries when two vehicles collided in Telford resulting in one coming to rest on its side.
The crash involving a Renault and a Fiat Punto happened in Hadley Park Road, Leegomery, shortly before 8.15pm last night.
It is believed that the Renault driver was taken to hospital following the accident.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue said: "Fire control received a call reporting that a road traffic collision had taken place in Telford.
"Two fire appliances were mobilised from Wellington. An operations officer was in attendance. Also at the scene of the incident were the ambulance service and the police."
West Midlands Ambulance Service said its crew took one casualty to the Princess Royal Hospital, in Telford, with minor injuries.
