Motor-tricycle crash death victim is named
A man who died in a motor-tricycle accident has been named as Colin George Wellings.

Mr Wellings, 51, from Newtown, was riding the tricycle on Plantation Lane in the town
.
No other vehicle was involved in the accident.
An air ambulance was sent to the crash along with other emergency services but nothing could be done to save Mr Wellings.
Powys coroner, Mr Andrew Barkley, opened the inquest into Mr Wellings' death yesterday and adjourned the hearing for a date to be fixed.
Dyfed-Powys Police has also appealed for witnesses to the crash or anyone who might have information relating to the crash to come forward.
