Witness appeal over A442 Telford crash
Police are appealing for witnesses following a crash in Telford which saw two men being taken to hospital.
A silver Ford Focus and a silver Vauxhall Astra crashed on the A442 in Leegomery at about 6.40pm on Sunday.
The Focus was travelling towards Leegomery Island and the Astra was travelling in the opposite direction towards Trench Lock.
The driver of the Focus, a man in his 20s, and the driver of the Astra, a man in his 40s, were both taken to hospital by ambulance. Their injuries are not currently believed to be life-threatening.
Road closures were in place while emergency services attended the scene.
Investigating officers would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the collision. Call West Mercia Police on 101, quoting incident number 595S of December 11.
