Firefighters tackle blaze involving tyres at Shrewsbury retail park
Firefighters had to tackle a fire involving a large number of tyres in a shipping container.
The fire at the Sundorne Retail Park in Shrewsbury was reported at about 5.20pm tonight, the last day of the year.
Fire crews attended from the Shrewsbury station, and fought the blaze with a main hose jet.
The Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said the incident was classified as a "fire in open".
