Firm's customer pledge
Following a sustained period of innovative, new product launches from both the Massey Ferguson and Fendt brands, local dealer RVW Pugh Ltd has matched its success by once again moving forward in the industry.

RVW Pugh Ltd has gone from strength to strength over the past few years to become industry leader in the sale of Massey Ferguson and Fendt tractors, agricultural machinery, parts and accessories.
With a fantastic range of products available from trailers and grassland machinery through to diet feeders and muck spreaders, RVW Pugh is a one-stop shop for farmers across the region.
The company operates from two depots, from its head office at Churchstoke and from Sandbach, Cheshire where it opened a second depot in 2003.
It has on display a great range of new tractors and machinery and more than 70 ex-demo and second-hand tractors across the two branches.
Servicing is of key importance in the agricultural industry. RVW Pugh recognise this and has built its sales and service reputation over the past 25 years on a sound understanding of local farming and farm machinery.
As the industry has moved on, the company has led the way with the service it offers, through first class premises and facilities and trained committed staff.
With no less than 15 fitters and 13 service vehicles covering its territory, RVW Pugh Ltd is able to deal with the majority of breakdowns on site and has the technology on board its vans to diagnose problems efficiently.
Its clean, modern workshop facilities benefit from a complete range of computerised diagnostic and repair systems, full range of specialist tools and workshop manuals, computerised spares identification system and more than 10,000 spare parts in stock.
RVW Pugh Ltd has recently been accredited as an authorised Thorough Examination testing centre. Thorough Examination is now the industry standard legal requirement for telehandler and forklift truck testing.
All owners/operators of this equipment now need to ensure their machine holds a Thorough Examination report. Failure to comply can leave farmers open to prosecution.
RVW Pugh understands the importance of safety on the farm and has now added this testing procedure to its ever increasing list of services offered to the industry.
RVW Pugh also holds the franchise for Hanix mini-diggers and sells a range of products suitable for the construction and amenity sector including Messersi skid steers, Major site equipment, Yamaha ATVs, waste oil storage tanks and more. Pughs also offers traffic light and convoy vehicle hire.
Pugh's has an extensive range of products on display in its showrooms at both their Churchstoke and Sandbach branches, including Alto pressure washers, SIP workshop equipment, Draper tools, dairy chemicals, electric fencing and a wide array of farming and rural products.
Last year RVW Pugh set up an online shop at www.rvwpugh.co.uk, selling its ranges of Massey Ferguson clothing and gifts, parts for heritage MF tractors and accessories, which over the Christmas period was a huge success netting business from all over the UK and Europe.
