The topical theme will be Rent Reviews - the best advice for tenants is here.

Main speaker will be Ellen Allwood, a valuer from J H Walter, joined by panellists John Wilson from Whittaker & Biggs, Greg Bliss, TFA national vice-chairman and George Dunn, TFA chief executive, and will start with a finger buffet at 7.30pm.

The event is open to all farmers, not just TFA members.

West Midlands TFA chairman Keith Faulkner, of Langley Hall Farm, Acton Burnell, near Shrewsbury, urged all tenant farmers to attend this important meeting to prepare themselves for the dreaded rent notice when it drops on the doormat.

The TFA works with more than 55 land agents, accountants and solicitors, each hand picked by the regional committees according to their expertise in tenanted matters.

They help solve members' problems and contribute to national strategy. The Tenant Farmers Association is the only organisation dedicated to the agricultural tenanted sector and lobbies government and gives expert advice to members.
