A Shropshire family has bought Park Hall Farm, near Ellesmere, as well as the milking portion of its 260-cow dairy herd.
The sale was completed by Shropshire agents Halls on December 23 on behalf of Tedsmore Hall Services Ltd.
Halls' director Allen Gittins, who handled the sale, said: "It was one of the most important farms to become available in Shropshire for many years. The high level of interest from potential purchasers from across the country was a tribute to the investment made in this quality farm.
"We also negotiated the sale of the milking portion of the dairy herd to the new owner and held a successful dispersal sale on December 20."
