Firms Farm, in Ollerton, near Market Drayton, is on market through Shrewsbury-based property agency, Halls with a guide price of £920,000.

The farm, which is available to buy in whole or in four lots, includes a Grade II Listed half-timbered farmhouse, a stable flat, modern farm buildings and 47.8 acres of arable and pastureland.

Lot one includes the farmhouse which boasts a conservatory, boot room, cloakroom and utility room.

Two staircases lead to the first floor where there are four bedrooms, a bathroom and an office.

There is also a table block flat with a bedroom, kitchen, sitting room and shower room.

The farm buildings include a four-bay Dutch barn and seven stables. The lot comes with 1.40 acres of land.

But Rowe Farm and the £5 million Park Hill Farm have now been sold separately.

Run as a commercial dairy farm until 2010, Rowe Farm was used as a satellite unit for young stock from Park Hall Farm, which lies three miles away.
