Ward closure at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital
A ward at Royal Shrewsbury Hospital has been closed due to a number of cases of diarrhoea and vomiting.

Ward 22 is closed to new admissions and visitors will not be allowed onto the affected ward unless there is a clinical need or if the patient is receiving end of life care.
Diarrhoea and vomiting are common in adults, children and babies.
They are often caused by a stomach bug and should stop in a few days.
