Lingen Davies's first ever 'Titty Trail' saw hundreds of people take on a 10-mile walk through some of the county's most beautiful countryside on Saturday.

The event, which was sponsored by Shropshire marketing agency Reech, took place as part of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and raised £24,390 for the cause – with more yet to come in.

Setting off from Church Stretton School the 10-mile trek went from Church Stretton’s Carding Mill Valley, onto The Burway, taking in Pole Bank – the highest point of the Long Mynd.

Walkers were led on the route by guides, from local tour group Blue Sky Adventures – with different groups for different abilities.

Lizzy Ellis, fundraising events lead at Lingen Davies, said they were thrilled with the way the first event had gone.

She said it had proved a poignant day with many of those taking part having been affected by breast cancer – either themselves, or through family or friends.
