A threshing machine in action in March 1952 near Weston-under-Lizard. This threshing unit belonged to the Earl of Bradford and is seen threshing wheat at High Hall Farm. For a season of eight months this machine, which cost £2,400 – which was a fortune in those days – toured the local farms.
