Staff of Walker printers in Shrewsbury High Street just before they set off on their trip to the seaside in a photo thought to date from 1948. The picture came from Shrewsbury historian David Trumper, but was originally from Mrs Jessie Reich who is one of the two girls at the front and is on the left with her sister Ethelwyn next to her. Immediately below the 'W' of Walker is George Pugh, who was manager of the printing works.
