But not this one – the one in The Square seen here is long gone. Demolition started 50 years ago, in December 1970, and this photo was taken shortly beforehand by Richard Dyas. The picture was loaned to us some years ago by his son Andrew Dyas, then proprietor of the Jane Dyas store (formerly Dyas Bros.), which closed in 2013.
