Owners offer reward for missing banner
A huge banner which has been at the forefront of numerous marches throughout the region and further afield has gone missing.
On the morning of a march through Shrewsbury last month, the Trade Union Studies banner disappeared. It was last seen in the Castle Forecourt where the march assembled. It was complete with poles and a storage bag.
Tutors working at the Shrewsbury College Trade Union Studies department are very upset that the banner was removed and really want to see it back where it belongs. It has been carried on many marches over the years and featured in exhibitions.
A reward for the safe return of the banner is now being offered by The Trades Council.
