Work tools stolen from van parked up near Ludlow

Work tools, including drills, were stolen from a van while it was parked up in the Clee Hill area, say police.

Officers at Ludlow police are appealing for any information after the theft which happened between 10.30pm on December 23 and 7.35am on Christmas Eve.

PCSO Susan Cooke, of Ludlow Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “We are appealing for information after tools were stolen from a van in Clee Hill area.”

The officer says the vehicle was parked on Clee Vantage, Clee Hill.

“We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious,” the officer added.

Officers advised that where possible people should remove all valuable items from their vehicle before leaving it unattended.

They are also encouraging the community to call 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
