Blaze breaks out at Bridgnorth fish and chip shop
Firefighters have been tackling a blaze in a fish and chip shop near Bridgnorth.
The fire broke out in the kitchen of Tony's Fish and Chips at Quatford near Bridgnorth just after 6pm on Wednesday evening.
Five fire crews from Bridgnorth, Much Wenlock, Shrewsbury and Tweedale were called out to the scene and were able to bring the blaze under control within 50 minutes.
After the flames were doused the crews carried out a through search of the property with a thermal imaging camera.
There are no reported injuries.
