Woman rescued from river near Bridgnorth
A woman was pulled from the River Severn by police and fire crews near Bridgnorth.
Emergency services were called at 5.15pm on Wednesday to reports that a woman was in the river, near the A458 bridge.
The fire service sent a boat from Shrewsbury, and the woman was recovered having suffered no serious injuries.
