Dana raises money for Asthma UK, usually dressed as a dragon, and this week he held an auction with a twist at Nock Deighton Livestock Auctions in Bridgnorth.

The Bridgnorth native, in his Super Puffina costume, was led around the auction track by fellow fundraiser Sarah Pearce, and both of them will be part of a team running the London Marathon this weekend for the asthma charity.

Businesses in the town donated prizes for the auction itself, which raised £180 towards the total.

Dana said: “We had a really good hour with some really good prizes donated.

“I hope it’s not too hot for the marathon this weekend, but we will finish it even if we have to do it on the tube.”
