Fire crew called as horse box tyre explodes on Bridgnorth road
Fire crews were called after a horse box tyre exploded on a Bridgnorth road this morning.
The vehicle was travelling on the A442 at Newton at around 10am.
One fire appliance was sent from Bridgnorth. No people or animals were hurt in the incident.
Firefighters used a hose reel jet to put out the fire and a thermal imaging camera.
