A Black Country pub has gone on the market for £425,000.
Estate agents Walton & Hipkiss are handling the sale of The Brook in Bourne Street, Woodsetton.
The Brook, which dates from 1835, had been lined up for conversion to five flats but a planning application for that was withdrawn in September last year.
