Arriva Trains Wales to 'repair any problems' as air con goes off the rails
Arriva Trains Wales has said it will repair any problems with air conditioning after a number of complaints from passengers during the heatwave.

Montgomeryshire MP Glyn Davies was one of those affected, having to get off the train bound for Westminster and drive to London instead.
Several people in Mid Wales have written to the train company.
Mr Davies has a condition called atrial fibrillation, which he copes with but which causes extreme discomfort in the heat.
He boarded a train in Welshpool just before 7pm on Wednesday.
Mr Davies said: “The heat in the carriage was unbearable, there was no air conditioning at all, it was like an oven.
"When they announced the train was delayed for at least 15 minutes I decided to get off and drive instead.”
County councillor Graham Breeze said he had similar problems on Monday travelling from Welshpool to Wolverhampton.
“Not only was there no air conditioning, there was no drinks service,” he said.
Also on Monday passenger John Evans travelled from Mid Wales to the Welsh coast for the day.
He said: “On the return journey, the air conditioning was broken down and it was like a sauna all the way to Machynlleth.
"This train was very new. The thing with these newer trains is that they rely on the air conditioning to work.
“There are not many windows and what there are only open a little way. It seems that the air con needs looking at on all the Arriva trains.”
A spokesman for Arriva Trains Wales said: “It has been exceptionally hot this week. If there are problems with air conditioning then the trains will go into our depot to be repaired as soon as possible.
“We do ask passengers travelling with us in the heat to open windows and make sure that they drink plenty of water.”
