Woman, 62, dies in farm accident
A woman has died after a collision between two farm vehicles.

The 62-year-old woman died in the accident at Cefn Du Bach near Meifod in Powys.
Emergency services were called out to the farm at 3.30pm on September 25, but police say the woman was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officers say that the vehicles involved were a Manitou Telehandler and a Gator 4x4.
The Health and Safety Executive is investigation the collision.
