Appeal after Welshpool street attack
Police in Welshpool are appealing for information after a man was attacked in the street in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Officers were called to a disturbance on the crossroads in the town at around 1.30am.
The incident then moved into Severn Street, with police reporting that a 30-year-old man was punched and kicked by a group of people.
Officers are calling for witnesses to the incident to contact them on 101.
