Injured person freed from combine harvester
Fire crews have been called to help the ambulance service in freeing an injured person from a combine harvester.
Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to help release the patient, said to be a man, from at Rack Lane in Whixall.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 3.15pm today. With a fire crew being sent from Prees station.
A spokeswoman for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said they were called to assist West Midlands Ambulance Service in freeing the person from the cab of the combine harvester.
He was left in the care of the ambulance service and was being transported to hospital via land ambulance.
