Fire crews rush to 'house fire' in Market Drayton after hoax call

Shropshire firefighters rushed to a house fire in Market Drayton to discover it had been a hoax call.

It happened at around 10.21pm on Monday. Crews were called to Sandringham Close.

A spokesman for Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said: "This incident was a malicious call."
