Thief who stole cider and ham from Morrison's fined £60
A thief who stole cider and ham from a supermarket has been fined £60.
Karl Beech, aged 42, took four cans of Koppaberg cider and a pack of wafer thin ham without paying from Morrison's in Market Drayton on October 7 last year.
Beech, of Warren Court, Shropshire Street, Market Drayton, pleaded guilty at Kidderminster Magistrates Court to one count of theft.
As well as the fine, magistrates also ordered him to pay a £24 victim surcharge.
