Teenager hit by a car in Wem
A teenager has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car.
The 17-year-old complained of back and arm injuries following the crash, which happened shortly before 8am today on Wem High Street.
A rapid response vehicle and ambulance attended the scene, and the teenager was taken to Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for treatment.
Police were also in attendance.
