70 Oswestry properties hit by power cut
Seventy properties in Oswestry were left without power this afternoon, after a fault with the overhead line.
Scottish Power confirmed that 70 properties have been without power since about 2.45pm.
Paul Ferguson, a spokesman for the firm, said: "There's currently a fault on the overhead line, which our engineers are currently out trying to repair.
"We hope to get the power back on as soon as possible.
"We apologise for any inconvenience."
