Ellesmere pub starts trading again after blaze
An Ellesmere pub hit by a kitchen fire earlier this week is now partly open for business.
The Red Lion was closed on Monday after emergency services were called following a kitchen fire.
One of the landlords escaped and was treated for some inhalation.
However, significant damage was caused to the kitchen, and that heat also caused issues with the floor above.
Staff have been working this week to repair the damage and the Red Lion reopened last night.
