New Ellesmere mayor to be sworn in at annual town council meeting
The annual meeting of Ellesmere Town Council will be held on Tuesday, with members of the public urged to go along and hear about the work of the council.
The meeting will be held at 7.15 pm in the Town Hall.
Town clerk Joanne Butterworth said: "A period of 10 minutes will be granted for members of the public to make representations, answer questions, and give evidence in respect of the business on the agenda or raise matters for a future agenda."
The evening will include the election of a new mayor and deputy mayor.
