Black Country man charged with conspiracy to murder after fatal stabbing
A man from Tipton has been charged with conspiracy to commit murder after a fatal stabbing.
Robert Eacock, aged 33, suffered a stab wound after being attacked in Hereford city centre on January 28.
He died in hospital the following day. The attack happened outside shops in Commercial Street at around 12pm.
Thirty-one-year-old Artaf Hussain, from Slater Street, Tipton, was arrested on Thursday night and charged yesterday.
He is due to appear at Hereford Magistrates Court on Monday.
A 21-year-old man, also from Tipton, was arrested on Friday on suspicion of assisting an offender but has been bailed.
Anthony Boyd, 22, from Willenhall, has already been charged with the murder of Mr Eacock.
He will appear at Worcester Crown Court on March 5 for a plea and case management hearing.
A post mortem has shown Mr Eacock died from a single stab wound.
