Road closed after four-vehicle crash near Shrewsbury
A major route near Shrewsbury had to be closed this evening following a four-vehicle crash.

It happened at about 4.50pm on the A49 between the Battlefield Roundabout and Sundorne Roundabout.
Police say the crash involved three cars and a lorry, and caused the road to be closed for about 30 minutes.
They added some of the motorists involved suffered injuries, but these were not thought to be serious.
Firefighters from Shrewsbury were also called to the scene and used small gear to make the vehicles safe.
