Latest roadworks to begin in Shrewsbury
Roadworks were set to start in a number of areas in and around Shrewsbury today.
There will be multi-way traffic signals in Shrewsbury Road, Hadnall, while Severn Trent completes the work.
The work is expected to cause traffic delays and is due to be completed tomorrow.
Severn Trent was also set to begin work in Harlescott Lane and York Road in the town today for 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Openreach was set to complete work on the A53 from Upper Astley to the former north Shropshire district boundary, Astley, under two-way traffic signals.
The work was due to be completed tomorrow.
