Man taken to hospital after car overturns in crash near Shrewsbury
A man has been taken to hospital after a two-car crash near Shrewsbury today.
Paramedics were called to the scene at Astley at 7.40am , where one vehicle had overturned.
Claire Brown, spokeswoman for West Midlands Ambulance Service, said: "We've treated a man in his 50s with cuts to his head and he has been conveyed to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital."
Firefighters were also called to the scene to make the vehicles safe.
