Shrewsbury Folk Festival day tickets up for grabs in prize draw
Resale and recycling social enterprise Reviive is offering a pair of day tickets to visit this year’s Shrewsbury Folk Festival.
The organisation furnishes the backstage artists’ reception at the festival, which takes place over the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of August.
Julian Price, managing director at Reviive, said: “We are pleased to be able to offer a pair of free day tickets to one our customers and we hope that the winner has a fantastic time at the excellent Shrewsbury Folk Festival.”
Anyone who makes a purchase at either of Reviive's stores in Oswestry or Shrewsbury between 9am on Friday and 5pm on August 19, will be entered into the prize draw.
The festival’s Alison James said: “Artists’ reception is a very important place where our performers prepare for their festival shows or relax and unwind so it’s crucial that we make it as welcoming as possible.
“Thanks to Reviive, it’s a great place to chill out and we get lots of compliments every year from artists at the festival. We’re delighted to be working with Reviive again this year and hope the winner will have a great day exploring all the festival has to offer from music and dance to children and youth activities, workshops, great food and drink and a brilliant atmosphere.”
The winner will be announced on Tuesday 20 August.
