Man taken to hospital after falling on bank near Shrewsbury
A man in his 50s was taken to hospital after falling on a bank near Shrewsbury today.
The man fell on a bank at Squinter Pip Way, Bowbrook, this morning and emergency services were called.
Jamie Arrowsmith of West Midlands Ambulance Service said: "We were called at 10.07am to reports of a patient who had fallen on a bank in Squinter Pip Way.
"We sent one ambulance and a paramedic officer. On arrival we discovered one patient, a man.
"He was treated for injuries not believed to be serious and was taken to the Royal Shrewsbury Hospital for further assessment."
