Warning over Shropshire bus disruption due to staff absences
Several bus routes in Shrewsbury are having timetable problems because of staff shortages.
Arriva Midlands West has apologised to passengers for the disruptions.
Services affected include bus routes 1 for the Telford Estate, 8 which covers Sutton Farm, 11 which takes in Gains Park, 20 in Radbrook and 24 and 25 in Harlescott.
A spokesman for Arriva said: "We are experiencing a high volume of staff absences."
Train providers are facing similar problems due to the increase in coronavirus cases and have warned of major disruption to services over Christmas.
