Heater sparks fire in Shrewsbury town centre NatWest branch
Two fire engines were scrambled to the centre of Shrewsbury on Tuesday afternoon to reports of a fire at a bank.
Crews were scrambled from the town's fire station to Mardol Head at 3.39pm to reports of a fire in a branch of NatWest.
A Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service operations officer was also sent to the bank where they found a fire involving a small heater on the ground floor.
They used buckets of water to put it out.
The service's stop message was sent at 4.12pm.
