Plans for 450 homes in Shrewsbury put forward by developer
A planning application has been lodged for up to 450 new homes on the outskirts of Shrewsbury.
Barwood Development Securities Ltd wants permission for the houses on land on the Ellesmere Road.
The land has been allocated for development in Shropshire's draft local plan.
If granted permission it would be built in two phases, the first creating 150 homes.
There would also be a 'local centre', a playpark and open space.
