Shrewsbury Police are clamping down on anti-social behaviour in the town centre.

Armed with extra powers after a Public Space Protection Order was granted and police officers and PCSOs are following up on reports from members of the public.
Shrewsbury Police tweeted: "PC Billy Lennon on patrol in Shrewsbury town centre enforcing the Public Space Protection Order.
"Two people were reported for breaching the order by leaving belongings unattended in shop doorways and they were required to leave the town centre for 48 hours. Policing promise."
