Delays for commuters near Shrewsbury amid reports of broken down van on busy roundabout
Drivers face delays on the outskirts of Shrewsbury following reports of a broken down van on a roundabout.
Commuters on the A5 were facing delays of around 15 minutes on Tuesday morning, as what appeared to be a broken down van caused backlog on a busy roundabout.
The delays begun at around 6.52am, with traffic backing up on the A5 eastbound between A458 Welshpool Roundabout and A488 Hanwood Road (Edgebold Roundabout).
Traffic was still slow through the area at 8.40am, with an average speed of around 5mph.
