Channel 4 documentary 'Banged Up' filmed at Shrewsbury Prison to air this Halloween
A Shrewsbury tourist attraction is waiting in eager anticipation of Channel 4's new reality TV series which is due to air this month.
'Banged Up' – the new series which features several famous faces – will be coming to screens across the UK on Tuesday, October 31.
The show will see a number of celebrities spending time in the decommissioned Shrewsbury Prison, accompanied by ex-inmates – some of whom have served sentences for serious crimes.
There they will undertake jobs and be subject to body searches and will also be attended to by real former prison guards.
