Man in hospital after incident on Shrewsbury bridge
Paramedics were called to an incident on Welsh Bridge, Frankwell late last night.

One ambulance, two paramedic officers and the Trust’s Hazardous Area Response Team attended the scene at 8.46pm.
It followed reports of "concern for a patient’s welfare" on the bridge.
When the paramedics arrived they discovered a man, who was swiftly brought to safety, assessed and taken to hospital.
